About Sergiy
Sergiy has been involved in strength sports since he was 10 years old, and already started coaching when he was just 15 years old.
He took a 2nd place at the World Youth Powerlifting Championships at the age of 17, and started his main coaching career when he graduated high school at the age of 18.
At the age of 20, he served in the central sports club of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and he graduated from the University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine at the age of 23, becoming a specialist on physical education and sports. strength sports coach.
He started coaching at a special children’s sports school. Sergiy used to be a physical education teacher and trainer at the military specialized children’s school named after Ivan Bohun.
20 years experience in training professional athletes in various strength sports, from beginner level to the most professional international level (strongman, powerlifting, weightlifting, body-building, physical training of strength and speed conditions for mixed martial arts fighters, boxing, wrestling, triathlon and other special tasks).
Last 17 years, Sergiy has worked as a personal coach at the gym. He is also working with online clients. Moreover, as the manager of his own project, he is creating a digital platform for managing the training process. Besides that, he is developing a physical education program for children of different ages, taking into account the individual character and natural talents of each child, using the example of his own children.
He helps clients of any age and experiences achieve results using an individual approach, daily process control, consultation and training knowledge and techniques, total experience is more than 20,000 individual training sessions.
